Are you aware of your breath?

Conscious breathing makes all the difference in your physical, emotional and mental health.

A simple way to become familiar with the way you breathe is to check throughout your day your breath.  Put a sticky note on your computer (or anywhere else that you look at frequently) reminding you “how is my breathing right now?”.  I would bet that 9 out of 10 times your breathing is either very swallow or you are holding your breath.

Experiment with that suggestion and post your feedback.
