Navigating thru the Cancer Full Moon and Eclipse

Great posts from many astrologers this week in lieu of the powerful Full moon and lunar eclipse on June 26th. From my favorite ones: ,,

A few tips to handle the incoming energies:

* do something fun; go dancing, sing, do yoga, artwork, express yourself in any way or form

* be kind to those that don’t have patience, are irritable and are better off staying home rather than driving

* meditate and journal; write everything that comes to mind or record your thoughts

* rest as needed; your physical body can only process and re-adjust through rest and sleep.  Don’t fight it!

* drink plenty of water and eat fresh light foods

* go to the beach or out in the open air and howl! it’s good for your mental health
