After Living There Is Silence

After writing yesterday’s reflection on Living and receiving heartfelt feedback, I realized this was a warming up in receiving news today of the passing of one of my beloved teachers. Not the kind of news I was looking for on a relaxing Saturday…but things are what they are…

My mind is focused on Rolf Havsboel and the way he, and his wife Grethe Fremming, have literally shaped my life the last 14 years.  Both leaders in the field of Energy Kinesiology with their pioneering work of Transformational Kinesiology (TK) and founders of  Polaris International College in Denmark.

I am finding myself at a loss for words or any poem dedication or anything else. However, I do want to publicly acknowledge my love, respect and gratitude for having studied with him, for having had the privilege to spend time both in US and Denmark, and for sharing the work this time around on the one Path.

I am signing off for this evening allowing for the deeper connection to occur, for the silence that asks to be retained…
