FridayReflection: When The Self Meets The Great Teacher Chiron

If you have been following the posts this week, there has been an energetic signature initiated by the Sun-Neptune conjunction in Pisces (last Sunday) for the first time in 150 years, culminating with the New Moon in Pisces conjuncting both Neptune and Chiron (Tuesday), and concluding with the Sun-Chiron conjunction today.   Even though Chiron was in Pisces last year when the same event happened, ie when the Sun met Chiron in the same degree of the sign, it had just entered Pisces for the first time since the 1960’s, thus its felt energy was still quite new.

Whatever your insights from this New Moon plus the Sun’s conjunction to Chiron today,  may help connect the dots in themes you have been working with since last year, emphasized by Chiron in Pisces, such as healing past traumas, insecurities, fear of stepping up or making yourself seen, while also becoming aware of how you can direct your energy and your life.

A suggested way you can work with the described energies is to reflect on what you have learned about yourself this last year, especially with regards to your power, self-assertion, boundaries, brilliance (something most of us try to hide), self-expression, and connection to others.  How have you used this learning, what have you done with it?

As the Sun gives Chiron its last hug for this year, we are also embarking on a new journey which requires our bold, creative expression and our responsible use of what we have learned so far, trusting our intuition, ourselves and our connection to a bigger reality. We are off to a great start!
